The Body

Well the Body of this classic was in great shape. Concours? Probably not. Yet it had no dents, a new paint job (some blemishes that I need to look into) and the only sign of rust were in the inside rear quarter panels. The chasis does have some light surface rust but all the floor pans are clean with no previous repairs. The trunk does have some repairs done to it, but they were done thoroughly. The whole undercarriage is solid overall and has been rust coated probably a while back.

Here are some more pics:

A shot from the rear.

No, this wasn't the price of the car! Anyone want to sell me the letter "I"?

The wheels. Classic Ralley Buick wheels. Not original though, the previous owner got these off of a car in Tennesee if I remember correctly.

The nose. It needs the time pieces rechromed but bumper is in very good condition.

The hood. With a new paint job, and then a polish and wax, it's as glossy as a mirror.

Next post will be the interior- it needs some work.
